This topic is not a new one, probably one of the more prevalent topics in my blog, but I am thoroughly blessed with the involvement in my family and friends’ lives through photography.
Torri and Aaron are some of those great friends.
I remember when Torri told me she would have a baby, and how excited I was for her and Aaron.
I remember their maternity photo session, and how much fun we had at the lake and park playground.
I also remember taking their son, Ryker’s, one-year photos, and how stinkin’ cute that little guy was.
Trust me, even today, that blond hair with those blue eyes are cuter than ever.
We recently continued our photographic journey with a family and engagement photo session at Broken Bridge, which I guess after extensive construction is no longer broken, but still keeps its name.
This bridge was a terrific location for on-site photography. Its red/brown metal hue made it a terrific contrast to the assortment of blue colors Torri, Aaron and Ryker wore that day. Good planning there!
Plus, that bridge was at one time a great swimming and hang-out location for all of us. So I suppose the bridge, too, has watched their family grow.
Alas, our journey is not over! I am honored to be able to capture the moment Torri and Aaron say “I do” at their wedding this fall.
Thanks again, Torri and Aaron, for choosing me for your photo session. I can’t wait to snap away once again on your wedding day!
